Mediation |
|
Nothing adds more to the mediation of construction disputes than knowledge of the subject matter. Considering the complexity of construction and its issues, it may be the most important requirement. A mediator can rely on conversations and analyses from experts; however, that does not replace an overall knowledge of the construction process, the paperwork procedures and the parties' roles while working out the disputes. Your own attorneys will provide you with all the legal advice that you need. Whether you add another attorney as a mediator or a construction and dispute resolution specialist , we cannot furnish you with any legal advice. Mediation is an alternative to a legally imposed form of dispute resolution. |
